Position Title: Senior Sales Manager
Location: Shenzhen, China
Summary:
This position is responsible for implementing sales strategies, creating sales revenue, and managing Customers of Tonka Holdings in China.
Duties and responsibilities:
1、Develop business strategies to explore new business opportunities;
2、Promote automotive solutions to customers & solicit customer design-in activities;
3、Achieve sales targets and implement strategic programs to increase sales turnover;
4、Manage to get maximized opportunity and effective support;
5、Collaborate with marketing department on providing on-time market feedbacks;
6、Collaborate with operations team on accurate sales forecasts and ensure on-time delivery of products.
Qualifications:
1、University graduate preferably in Electronics Engineering or equivalent;
2、Minimum 8 years relevant working experience with solid sales experience in automotive industry;
3、Account development experience with top tier customers preferred;
4、Strong business acumen in automotive industry;
5、Management experience in developing and leading sales team;
6、Proficiency in written and spoken English & Mandarin;
7、Willing to travel frequently.
